2011 Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey for BBGBroadcasting Board of Governors (BBG) executives are some of the worst managers in the entire federal government according to Office of Personnel Management (OPM) Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey. This conclusion is reflected in the Best Places to Work in the Federal Government study, which places the BBG the last among federal agencies in Strategic Management, Effective Leadership and Fairness. But BBG Watch has learned that Broadcasting Board of Governors executives, who work for International Broadcasting Bureau (IBB) director Richard Lobo, have once again given themselves high bonuses in 2011 that in many cases were even higher than their bonuses in 2010. We will report on this later.
BBG Watch has created this chart that shows how BBG managers are performing against managers at other federal government agencies.
