Appeals court upholds sentences against two bloggers

IFEX   International Freedom of Expression eXchange International Freedom of Expression eXchange: Although Emin Milli and Adnan Hajizade were convicted of “hooliganism”, it is widely believed their sentences are punishment for blogging about government corruption and free expression.
