Democracy Digest from the National Endowment for Democracy (NED): The Carter Center has launched an innovative database which integrates over 150 sources of international law that election observers can use to assess elections. The Database of Obligations for Democratic Elections is a searchable resource and is part of a Democratic Election Standards project which aims to improve election monitoring standards.
