FreeMediaOnline.org has been approved by the IRS as a 501 (c) 3 public charity organization. Contributions to us are tax deductible to doners under section 170 of the Code.

We accept donations to pay for developing our web site and to support our programs helping independent journalists in media-at-risk countries. If you would like to contribute, please send an email with your proposed donation and mention any specific FreeMediaOnline.org program or country you would like to support. Individuals, corporations, and other organizations can sponsor a media-at-risk country or region. Your tax deductible donations will be used only for activities related to your designated country or region. We need funds for translations and program delivery and distribution in many countries where journalists struggle with censorship, propaganda, intolerance, and violence. Support Translations for Free Media

 

Individuals, corporations, and other organizations can support our Translations for Free Media project which provides translations in multiple languages. We translate news reports and important texts relating to freedom of the press, democracy, and the rule of law. Translated material is made available to independent journalists and media outlets in many countries.

Other news reports nd documents produced by our Translations for Free Media cover such topics as ethnic and religious violence, gender discrimination, censorship and propaganda, and health issues.
