National Endowment for Democracy LogoDemocracy Digest from the National Endowment for Democracy (NED): The multi-ethnic opposition Social Democratic Party (SDP) and the ruling Bosnian Serb party, the Alliance of Independent Social Democrats (SNSD), would emerge as the country’s strongest political force if Bosnia held elections today, Balkan Insight reports. The report draws on a public opinion survey conducted by the National Democratic Institute, the Washington-based democracy assistance group.
