Let Christian Scientists do that - if they want to deal with the security risks. Instead, Senator Lugar would be better off borrowing a page from former Ambassador Christopher Ross and his strategy of talking to 20 or 100 million people via mass media. (see Harvard Review, August 21, 2003: "The Role of Mass Media." "America's best players in public diplomacy" are just that: they play instruments and sing - and thus authentic and credible creating trust. That's the way to forward the mission of the National Security Strategy. Senator Lugar should forget his idea about opening
